Here at North Leverton Surgery we value the feedback we receive from our patients and are continuously looking to improve the services that we offer.

The new Friends & Family Test is a good way of letting us know what you think about the services we provide. The forms are available from the surgery and can also be accessed via the website.

The Friends & Family Test is completely anonymous.
