Meet the Team

From time to time we will be assigned a medical student from Sheffield University and be involved in their training.

It does help them enormously to be able to observe consultations and they are very grateful for your cooperation. If however, you would prefer to see the Doctor alone please inform the receptionist or the Doctor.

Practice Management

The Practice Manager is responsible for the management and organisation of the Practice and is available to help you with any administrative or non-medical aspects of your health and treatment.

Physician Associate (PA)

Clinical Pharmacist & Pharmacy Technician

Our Clinical Pharmacist Conor attends the practice every Wednesday, he undertakes structured/medication reviews.

Our Pharmacy Technician Vicki works in the practice on Friday mornings performing medication reviews.

Community Midwives

The midwife provides care at all stages of pregnancy. She will be the main point of contact and source of advice until the baby is born. The Doctors is always on hand should the need arise for intervention.

Community Nurses

The District Nursing team is able to provide skilled nursing care for people who require care at home. The service is available every day of the year depending on need.

The CPN is a Nurse specialising in Mental Health Problems. You may be offered referral after consulting with the Doctor. The CPN sees patient on Wednesday afternoons at the surgery by appointment only.

Health Visitors

The Health Visitor is a specialist in health promotion and prevention of ill health in individuals and families. They cover education, screening and support. Advice is relevant and tailored to individual needs.
